Where do my products ship from? Our products ship from a third-party supplier location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

What types of products do you sell? We specialize in recovery and wellness equipment including cold plunge tubs, infrared saunas, red light therapy devices, compression massage garments, handheld massagers, sauna blankets, sleep masks, and foot massagers.
Are your saunas safe to use at home? Yes! Our saunas are ETL, ISO, CE, and BSCI certified and designed for residential use. Always follow the included safety guidelines.
What's the difference between infrared and traditional saunas? Infrared saunas use light waves to heat your body directly at lower temperatures, making them more comfortable for longer sessions. Traditional steam saunas heat the air around you to higher temperatures for a more intense sweat experience.
Do your cold plunge tubs require special installation? No special installation is needed. Our cold plunge tubs are self-contained with a built-in compressor and are weatherproof for outdoor use down to -20°F.

🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached and in original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return? Email us at customerservice@rebuildstrong.shop to initiate a return. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
What items cannot be returned? We do not accept returns on personal care goods, sale items, gift cards, custom products, or hazardous materials.
